Used 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Consumer Reviews
I love this car.
BlueCruise is amazing. Turn it on and it tells you to let go of the wheel, all that you have to do is keep your eyes on the road. In my experience BlueCruise is for the highway only. Fun to drive, very fast if you need it to be, great range at over 300 miles, large screen makes interacting with the car very easy. Wireless android auto and apple car play. Physical volume button is a plus for me, The car is very comfortable and the app is great, it allows you to turn on and off the charging if you want. I have it programmed to begin charging after the rates drop and it finishes three hours later before I even wake up.

Red Premium Mach E Mustang rocks
I have own my 2023 red Mach E mustang for nearly a year. I am very satisfied with its performance, style, reliability, and safety features. I took it on a long cross country trip from Fort Lauderdale to Washington DC and all was well. I usually charge it at home since I work mainly remotely. It is a great SUV. Ford designed a terrific car. Highly recommended!

Mustang? Great BEV… Yes!
The debate goes on if this is a Mustang or not? I say it’s the evolution of the pony car and yes it is a Mustang. Ford blends traditional Mustang designs and has built a Mustang that can blow the doors off most cars from a standstill and swing by Home Depot to pick up bags of bark or haul the kids to the ball field in style. EV lifestyle is easy to adapt to with home charging. Range is decent and road trips are awesome with Blue Cruise hands free driving. Only improvements needed are adding a Heat Pump for better winter range and cooled ventilated seats. FYI - the AWD is awesome in the snow. Tire it right and this pony can take you anywhere.

More cons than pros
It's a high riding hatchback or a cross over if you will but it's not in any way an SUV. Eerily quiet and much quicker than you expect, way too easy to be 20mph faster than expected. Lots of tech but can be incredibly frustrating, there's no physical trunk open/close inside just an icon on the screen so if you turn the vehicle off then open a door it's too late and you can't open it. Door handles or lack there of are a feature I hope dissappear on the next gen. If the tiny 12v battery dies wow, youre in for a world of psin. All in, very responsive, fun, looks good but not perfect. And in Winter, oh dear, goodbye 25% plus range. If its really cold goodbye cabin hesting or you're looking at 1 mi/kWh.

Fun, terrible comfort deducts at least 1 star
I want to start by stating I like the car a lot. I'd give it 5 stars had it not been for one awful issue - the ride over even the smallest of bumps is abysmal! I thought it couldn't get worse than the Volkswagon CC R-Line I owned, but this Mach E Premium is likely worse. Like riding a bicycle with flat tires bad. Yes, really that bad. So, as long as your journey is over smooth and wonderful roads, the car is a dream. But if you're dealing with city potholes and not the greatest roads you better take a Tylenol before driving. Not one other complaint however. I love all else about the car. Ford definitely needs a bit of assistance from their Lincoln engineers on how to make a car ride comfortable.
