Great Car!

I am about to reach the 2,000 mile mark on my Fusion Hybrid and I'm very impressed! I drive 2008 Camry Hybrids at work and this car beats the Camry in several areas. The CVT trans is amazing and the car is a pleasure to drive. I love the smooth quiet ride with the sure-footed handling of a performance vehicle. The standard six speaker, six-disc sound system is very nice and I have come to LOVE the Sirius Satelite Radio. I coummute 110 miles per day and average 38 mpg which is oustanding for a vehicle of this size and comfort level. - not to mention the high average freeway speeds of about 75 mph. Ford has really come up with a winner with the Fusion Hybrid.

Perfect, got the 502A package, well worth it. I love how the Ford sync works with navigation. Such high quality, I can't believe it is a Ford. I'm getting high 30's to low 40's MPG. Ford built a fun factor in a hybrid. Much better than the competition. The interior feels like a luxury car. Nice handling too.

Poor Gas mileage

I've had my 2010 Fusion Hybrid for 6 months and only get 31 mpg city/hwy. From everything I read I'm one of the very people owners that is getting this low of mileage! Dealer said that because I drive a short distance around town, that is what I will expect. I have driven 60 mi. plus and still can't get over 31 mpg. Ford advertised with city driving, you would expect the best gas mileage, not mine! I have talked to Ford Corp. and depending who you talk to I've gotten contradicting explanations. This is my only complaint with the car, but I bought it thinking I would get much better gas mileage, like reported. I can't imagine if I drove in cold weather what I would get.

46.6 MPG and climbing!

This car is amazing With 2500 miles on the car I am getting 46.6 MPG since we bought the car (the long term mileage meter is 45.9 since there was some mileage already @13 MPG). My goal is 50 MPG going on I-10 and I-610 to work 20 miles each way each day and I make the goal most days. I have learned to drive the car now so that 55 MPG runs are not uncommon and best is 58.5 MPG. Performance of course depends upon driving style and there are tricks one learns. Learned a lot by talking at the mileage teams at the Shell eco- marathon (where 1000 MPG is sort of the norm). Unbelievable that a car that big (we have 3 kids) can do this

The Closest "No Compromise" Vehicle

After owning our FFH for about 4 months now, we can't say enough good things about the vehicle. We traded our SUV for it and still have our Prius which spends a lot more time sitting in the garage than ever before. I have never been a Ford guy in the past, but this vehicle has completely changed my perception of the quality and design of Ford products for the better. I think this vehicle is the closest you can come today to having a vehicle that gets great gas mileage without having to compromise in any way. The car is beautiful inside and out, is put together flawlessly, and has been averaging between 36-40mpg in mixed driving. Nice job FORD!
