I am in love with my Crossfire convertible

I have loved the looks and styling ever since they first came out. I finally bought one in 2023 with only 60,000 miles on it and in VERY good overall condition. People really take notice of this sleek little sports car. I will be upgrading the entertainment center and the air conditioner fan needs replaced but I got the car at such a great price I'm willing to do so. The car handles like a champ and I truly enjoy driving it. The trunk space is very limited, groceries for a week completely fills it. But I bought this car to tool around at my second home in Arizona and did not take into consideration that it would be my only vehicle there. So forget buying even a small shelf, it will need to be delivered since it's not fitting into the car. Overall it is a wonderful little car. With it's low profile tires and sleek styling makes it a winner.

Crossfire Fun

Bought the car as a week-end/fun car and it has exceeded my expectations. When I first drove it the car would get all kinds of "second/triple" looks. Now I have learned to ignore the lookers and pay attention to my driving.

love the car, have issues with the service department with the company i bought it from. there was a puncture in the drivers seat when i bought it.they said they would fix it but have not heard from them. it runs a little ruff at stop lights while in idle. and still have not heard from the leasing dept. for any of my payments. which is coming up fast. i need to know where to send my payment!!!

This nimble little car is not only comfortable with terrific handling, but is certainly a head-turner with it's retro design. I always get a lot or praise on its looks..

Had a Porsche Boxster S and traded it for this car--best decision I have made when car shopping! It handles like a dream and the graphite grey color is beautiful with all the metal flake! I thought the luggage was a nice touch and very unexpected on my part.

After dreaming of this car for 5 years when they only had the coupe version, my dream came true when I traded in my no-comparison Sebring LTD. It handles like a dream and you know its a good convertible when you can actually hold a conversation without yelling! I love the looks I get when I drive my car, as well as the compliments my little yellow convertible gets. And when that spoiler comes up, what a knock out of a car!! It hugs corners like a dream and I find myself taking the long way home and everywhere else I have to go just to drive my car for as long as possible. Chrysler has a winner here!

I love the get and go of the car. Sometimes I have to stop myself from taking off too fast. The handling is great but the ride is kind of rough with the stiff suspension. The interior could use a lot of upgrades for the price you pay for the SRT-6.

The Real Truth about an SRT6's HP!

Doc, 12/17/2023
2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 2dr Coupe (3.2L 6cyl S/C 5A)

The real truth is the motor is a 349hp motor stock from the factory. Chrysler had to lie and say it was a 330hp motor. Now take that same motor, add fuel, add a smaller supercharger pulley, (62mm) and more air intake and there you go over 400hp! Now take out the 3:07 stock rear end gear and add a 3:46 gear and there you go and even quicker launch! Drag radials, and some practice 11.76 quarter mile! How many 18 year old cars can claim those numbers? So to say I love my two Crossfire SRT6's, yes I do. My roadster retains the 3:07 rear gear and runs 12's all day long.
