Used 2015 Chevrolet Malibu Consumer Reviews
Love this car!
So I've only had this vehicle a couple months and I absolutely love it! I was looking for something mid sized and decent on gas and I drove the Malibu and I really like it. The ride is decent the road noise is acceptable . I really think GM did a good job on the 2015 Malibu. I just feels tight and rattle free. The driver seat is probably one of the most comfortable cars that I have owned and a very long time period I am 6' 0" and I weigh 230 pounds. My only complaint is the oil Pan top seal has a very small leak which is about and $1100 repair. The car had 49000 miles on it when I bought it. I like the car so much I will keep it then have the leak repaired when it becomes more of an issue

Great for the price
This vehicle was a replacement for a totaled car. So far it has met or exceeded expectations it's very comfortable and the auto stop feature is a nice fuel saver that doesn't hurt performance. It's a 4 cylinder so it's not gonna win any races but I have never felt I needed more power to feel safe in highway conditions it's also extremely quiet which I love. I have the LS base model so extra features are few and far between but that's to be expected everything works and I've had no issues would definitely recommend this vehicle.

Pre owned peice of junk
Had a certified chevy preowned Malibu. At 30,000 mokes the power stearing failed, at 40,000 had to replace the front stearing rack. At 60,000 mass airflow sensor went out and gas cap sesnor. After mass airflown went out the car never ran right again. Would sputter and feel like it was running lean. Mechanic found that the secondary air pump wasnt working and barometric pressure would build up in engine. Nothing bu problems and sold it back to dealer we got it from.

the Malibu Eco sucks
Don't buy it with the start/stop system, I didn't do my homework and I wish I had, but unfortunately I knew nothing about this start/stop crap. When you test drive it, I didn't know, but the extra battery takes a while to warm up and charge then the fun starts. it has a constant miss going down the highway like something tugging on the engine and in regular traffic the transmission is clunky. My Nissan Altima got better gas mileage, had a smooth ride and it didn't have a start/stop system. The salesman told me nothing about this awful system, they know it's crap. So test drive it for a while and I bet you won't buy it!

Pick something else!
I drove a 2015 Malibu approx 35k per year. I had the car for 2 years and all maintenance completed per schedule recommendations. While the car was in park, the car caught on fire and burned to the ground. I had less than 5 minutes to get myself and my children out unharmed before the car went up in flames. A very unsafe vehicle.
