Used 2013 Chevrolet Malibu Consumer Reviews
High Quality Interior and Great Ride
This is a great car. I have over 2000 miles on the car already and its averaging 33 mpg. Its a smooth car to drive and has more than adequate pick up speed when passing other cars on the road. The interior and exterior of the vehicle are very attractive and its a real pleasure to drive.
DANGER! NO SPARE TIRE!
This car has no spare tire. If you actually drive this car outside the city on real highways and roads you need to be aware that you are not prepared for the most common of all road hazards- a flat tire. In the place where the spare tire should be is a tiny plastic air pump with a small amount of sealant. The sealant will leak out onto the ground and leave a puddle of white glue and the air pump is of insufficient power to inflate the tire. You're out of luck. This is a cynical and shameful way to treat your customers Chevy.

Best Kept Secret
Best kept secret out there, a real value for the money. I got a 1LT with the conv package and am impressed with the features for the money. Great car for little money (low 20's...)
Awesome Car!
Personally, this is probably my favorite car in its class....handsomely designed inside and out, a somewhat powerful 4cyl thats excellent on fuel and of course MyLink standard on most models. I've gotten comments from people i didn't even know how much they like the car and what it even is in the first place cause they aren't common around here. Overall its great, i'd highly recommend it to anybody looking for a mid-size sedan. Don't listen to the media on this one..its not a toyota camry so of course they're going to give it a bad review.
Good Car, Poor Assembly Quality...
This is the third Malibu we have purchased since 2004 (from the same dealer and the same sales representative) and each model has been better than its predecessor. The 2013 model has an excellent power train the 2.0 liter turbo charged 4-cylinder engine, coupled with the new 6-speed automatic transmission, performs better than the 3.0 liter V6 engine in our previous 2008 model. The interior and exterior are both well designed, the interior is comfortable, and the car drives and rides well. I have only driven the vehicle 200 miles to date so cant comment on fuel economy yet, although my first top-up suggests that it will meet the EPA city mileage estimate.
