2023 Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury 4dr SUV (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 9A)
I special ordered an XT4 in May 2022. Took delivery in mid-August. I love the car itself. It is everything I wanted. However, 2 months later, the car mysteriously switched into park while I was at a stoplight, and the check engine light came on. 24 hours later, the dealership informed me that a manufacturing defect had caused transmission fluid to leak into the transmission itself, … ruining it. The transmission now needs to be entirely replaced, and the parts are back ordered for 3 months. So, my brand new car now will be gone for longer than I’ve owned it and I’m driving a loaner.
