Dream Car
The car drives like an SUV, which I love. It’s high and smooth, not bumpy at all. Very COMFORTABLE, roomy and nice looking software once I figure out how to use it. It’s a very luxurious car, but worth every penny. Only con is that it’s very long in the front, which I’m not used to but it has sensors everywhere, so shouldn’t be an issue.

Pleasant Surprise
Great car with so many features. Always getting complements on the look of the car. Dealing with John Findley and BMW of Fort Myers was the best car buying experience ever.
if you drive more than 10 thousand a year this car
I have driven many 7 series BMW but the new 2024 model is the worst, the tires are not flat ran but there is no spare wheel, many problems with electronics, noise appeared in the front suspension, the assembly of the car is very poor quality and cheap, 2024 BMW does not have the same quality

Great riding, deplorable technology!
I've had the 740i for 3 months and it drives beautifully. The technology was written by a techie who had no idea how to make a car for a driver. First complaint was the map shows anywhere from 5-18 symbols of available gas stations! There are so many gas symbols that it is hard to read the maps for any purpose other than seeing gas symbols. There is no way to eliminate them. I have tried and even asked BMW but can't do it. They are a real annoyance. In order to select a favorite radio station that I have saved requires a ridiculous amount of button pushing. Changing the range of the map also requires too much button pushing and changes the radio station!!! To determine my miles per gallon That I am achieving also is very difficult. The push button to open the doors activates under about 4 MPH. I have accidentally opened the driver door while driving 4 times! Each time my left knee bumped it and opened the door unexpectedly. Twice I have backed up and actually hit a car while going at <4 mph and no alarm went off to tell me of my pending accident. I am tech savvy but this car claims a lot of safety devices that have not performed for me. My dealer got rid of his "Genius" to save money and the salesman says to see him for help, Unfortunately, he can only spare 5-10 minutes in between sales appointments. I have had 4 740i's prior to the 2025 and they were great and the technology worked wonderfully. Will never buy a BMW again!
