2027 Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron

Audi introduced the Q6 Sportback E-tron in 2025, then skipped the 2026 model year. Now, the midsize electric SUV returns with significant technological updates. The Q6 Sportback E-tron is based on the standard Q6 E-tron but features a swoopy roofline that gives it a sportier look at the expense of rear seat headroom and cargo space. EPA range estimates were unavailable at this writing, but Audi says to expect up to 325 miles. Audi says it takes just over 20 minutes to recharge from 10% to 80% using a DC fast charger.

There are many alternatives to the Audi Q6 Sportback E-tron, but few boast a rakish Sportback-style roofline. Among the newcomers to the segment are the BMW iX3 and the electric version of the Mercedes-Benz GLC, both of which are likely to be this Audi's key rivals. A new Multi Media Interface (MMI) infotainment system debuts for 2027, displayed across up to three screens on the Audi Digital Stage dashboard. It features an improved user interface, updated graphics and an AI-enhanced digital assistant. Audi also expands the availability of the front passenger touchscreen display, introduces a new integrated dashcam that records 30 seconds of activity before and after a collision, and equips the Prestige trim level with additional standard features. All Q6 Sportback E-trons now offer a one-pedal driving feature that can bring the EV to a stop without using the brake pedal, and new reverse assist technology can help you back the Audi out of a challenging parking situation.
