I never thought I would make as many trips to the repair shop as I did with my 84 Dodge Omni, I was wrong. My 2000 Audi A6 was in the shop about 6 times between June and Oct of 2002. For a certified Audi this car leaked like a sieve. One windshield washer leak, 2 tranmission leaks and 2 oil leaks. The oil and transmission leaks where to solve a buring smell and smoke coming off the engine; which they did not! Replaced a cup holder, CD changer, battery, and a radio too if I would wait 6-months for a replacment. Oh, and a power lock switch that had a mind of its own. Dumped the car for a 2003 Honda Accord.
Works for me.

This car is a blast to drive. Whether your cruising in town or on the highway you'll ride in comfort. The drivers seat is by far the most comfortable car seat I've ever sat in. Haven't had any issues, would recommend this car highly. If your concerned with the potential for maintenance costs buy an extended warranty or go buy a Toyota Camry.

With less than 39000 the car has major electrical problems. Instrument cluster replaced, radio replace , AC quit, front end vibrations. Just out of warranty and I'm out over $3000.

I just finished my 1st winter with the 2.7T. This car is a blast to drive in the snow and ice. It is balanced extreamly well. Add to that the power and a 6 speed and it is a great combination for fun winter driving. I've had a few minor mechanical problems early on. These were solved quickly by the dealer. After owning a 5 series BMW and then the Audi, I will definalty get another Audi.

Compared to all other vehicles in its class Audi beats each hands down. In addition to that the service from the dealer is world class. Who says you can't get great cars and great customer service anymore! The AWD alone puts this car on top. Add to that awesome performance, styling and reliability. Fantastic car!
