  • Lease on an X3

Written by: lalombard on Apr 21, 2013 7:35:58 AM

Hey all - I need a reality check on some lease quotes I got yesterday at a BMW dealer here in Indiana. They seem a little high, but I'm also asking them to take my 2012 honda CRV (it's horrible in the snow and the honda dealer doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong), so maybe they're not being too generous. They payoff for the Honda is really close to the ... Read More

So I'm trying to finalize a deal after finally finding the vehicle I wanted with the right options, working to get the best possible price. I located a 2013 x3 35i optioned the way I'd want it, somewhat aggressively priced since it's a demo with 8000 miles. I need some advice on whether this offer from the dealer is really bad (I don't think it's great) and, if so, suggestions on ... Read More

I purchased my X3 in 2012. I started having a problem where the trunk was not automatically popping up, I had to pull it manually. The problem: a small freeze pop, 4 oz, leaked on the cargo area. It apparently caused some computer part to break. They wanted to charge me 750 to repair. However I argued that no small amount of liquid spilled in a trunk area should cause such ... Read More

It's difficult to say, but I suspect that if you are in an area that has a decent level of competition that you may be able to get a 2012 model for a couple hundred dollars over dealer invoice. BMW really didn't provide much in the way of cash incentives on the X3 so you probably won't be able to do much better than that. Car_man Host Prices ... Read More
