The fact that they split the difference leads me to believe there's some room to negotiate. It seems you have a better deal than mine. With tax my payment is $300 with 0 down. There seems to be more room to negotiate if I want a Base ILX.

You can definitely do better... Actually based on your numbers, your still about $200 over invoice. There is also $1,000 rebate he is not accounting for.
