2021 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport
I brought got this car back in April 2021 and my first issue is that the collision feature engaged when it was nothing in front of me and thank goodness not in back of me either because it stopped abruptly. The car has shut down on me at a red light. The final straw for me to bring the car in for service is when the car windows were coming down by itself and you could not bring them … back up. Plus this really loud beeping sound was going off every time I was at a complete stop. The driver contact switch indicator light and the electronic parking brake sensor kept coming on. I honestly did not feel safe in the vehicle. The sales department was amazing but the servicing department sucks. I mean sucks sucks. I have yet to receive a initiated phone call from them not one. Its amazing when I wanted to purchase the vehicle I could not get them to stop calling me or emailing me now its crickets when I need service. That alone confirmed why I would never buy Volkswagen again. I took it in on October 1st and it is now November 2nd and still my car is not ready because of some part is not in yet. The loaner car they gave me the Tiguan sucks too! Feels like a toy. It cut off on me too and whatever sensor they have on the car I can't change lanes gracefully without feeling some type of resistance. Its some feature they have to make sure you stay with in the traffic lines.
