They are not prepared for their appointments. Had appointment at 10 am got there a little before called when they opened asked for who I was told to and was told it's his day off. They had no idea what I was there for. Then wanted us to come in and sign in and then they would try to get someone to help. I asked for them to come out and was told they couldn't because coming in was their protocol. We drove a hour to get there and left without ever seeing the vehicle. Never going back.

I wish there were a way to give this place zero stars- they are extremely sketchy and do not honor their pricing. Buyers beware- run away from this place. I dealt with Logan Brewer and Jeff Dixon. We were negotiating on a price of a vehicle and they sent me an adjusted quote on a Saturday. I could not reach anyone for 2 days and then on Tuesday morning they tell me they won’t honor the pricing they provided me on Saturday and will only sell me the vehicle for $4,000 more than they told me on Saturday. Please don’t waste your time and try to find a dealer with some ethics/morals.

Was supposed to walk out of there today with my first new car, instead I walked out sobbing and car-less. Changed numbers on us after agreement, and store manager had the nerve to tell me I didn’t need to get emotional and that it was “just a car” and also proceeded to say he didn’t want us as a customer anyway. Never been so upset and disappointed. Fully anticipated leaving there with the car I test drove and fell in love with. It had all been arranged, just had to finish up and make it final. They ruined my first car buying experience. They had no care for how upset I was and how much it meant to me. Don’t recommend. Now back to car searching but somewhere else for sure.

Andy Mohr came through two times this year for us. In April and again in June. James was our sales consultant and was able to secure vehicles for my wife and I. He worked hard to secure a GMC Terrain for me equipped they way I wanted. He kept in contact with me and updated me weekly until it arrived. Once it was here their finance department moved through the process efficiently, no hard selling. I recommend James and Andy Mohr Buicj-GMC.
