2020 Tesla Model Y
Tesla auto service is the worst. It takes weeks to get an appointment for simple problems (for example tire repair), they don’t offer afternoon appointments and it’s literally impossible to speak with a human being. Also, the all-glass roof makes the vehicle unspeakably hot during the summer. The electronics should be 99.99% reliable in an EV. They are not. I have had this car for 9 … months and I already know I won’t ever get another Tesla. You shouldn’t either.
