Awesome truck. The only problem

My settings are gone) or it increases so loud that even the #1 volume setting sounds like a 50 (which the truck doesn’t have, it only goes to 38).
I’ve already … had it replaced twice. The first time it was a brand new unit and the second time it was a refurbished unit that they forgot to completely wipe out so I had the previous owners info. On top of that, it was a 2019 radio not a 2020 radio like I previously had. So here I go again back to the dealer with the same issue.
