2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class Coupe
2025 GLC300 coupe with AMG trim package. I love the look which is really why I bought it. I’m not loving the way it drives or the gas mileage. I am experiencing very jerky, lunging shifts when starting up and when braking. Once I’m on the road at a consistent speed, it drives smooth. But if I’m slowing down, then starting up again, it hesitates then lurches forward, almost out of … control. I have to be really careful that it doesn’t take off on me. My gas mileage is around 19 miles per gallon which seems very bad to me. It has the mild hybrid which I thought would increase the mpg. It also has the engine off feature when stopped which can be turned off but then the A/C turns off and I live in SC so need the A/C on continuously. Has anyone else experienced these issues?I have only 1600 miles on it. I am bringing it in to the dealer to have it checked. I did not experience this when I test drove the car.
