2019 Lexus UX 200
I have UX 200 F-Sport 2019 and the car came without carplay and official dealship deny anything related to this technology as previously announced, in general the infotainment system is very sluggish and missing basic features and included features not working or useless like Wifi have no any use, No apps available just an icon, Navigation is from 2018 and caused me lost twice.
Recently … the car engine started to have problems like sudden stop while driving, abnormal vibrations while stop in traffic light with vibrated RPM indicator.
That was my first experience with Lexus and will be the last, it’s scary and I don’t feel safe anymore in such car with my family. And unfortunately the dealership and official service center doesn’t help except saying everything is ok with the car and I just the one who is suffering.
Totally not recommend this car.
