Planned to get a used 2020 IS 300. I knew this model was replaced with the 2021. It had a lower sticker than 2021. That car was sold which left me bummed. I already crunched the numbers on this one. The sales rep urged me to come in to see what we could work on. Ended up making a deal on 2021 IS 300 Certified Used. It is beautiful and loaded. My expectations were exceed. I contribute the deal to trade value and a good interest rate. The rate was better than expected.

I bought a 2022 Lexus NX350h from this dealership on 05/05/22. The financial manager Jimmy Zayad sold me a warranty called ECP plus for over 900$. I then realized that the warranty actually only cover damage by weather so I decided to cancel it. However the dealership told me that the warranty cannot be canceled once applied. I was not informed by the financial manager when I bought it and I just bought it within a week. I think this is FRAUD and I suggest you not doing any business with this dealership.
