After many years as a Ford family and driving a Ford Explorer, we decided to buy the new Kia Telluride. We bought a new 2020 Telluride a few weeks ago and TWO DAYS after we bought our car, all of the safety features stopped working. As in, the ACU communications system. You know, the MAIN reason our family decided to choose Kia...FOR THE SAFETY FEATURES! We reached out not only to the … dealership where we bought the vehicle but Kia corporate as well. Wow. We have never experienced such poor customer service and a genuine lack of concern for the problem. All the way from the top, down. #NeverAgainKia.
