I have been a loyal customer of Danbury Kia for the past 7 years. I have time and again received great service at the location which is one of the main reasons I shop and service my vehicles at the dealership. However, dealing with Nuno Miranda and the manager Adam Perrucio has deter me from ever going there again. The absolute poor customer service displayed by both was appalling. Rather than attempting to resolve a mistake made by their financial manager, they both simply decided to hang up on me and for me “to figure it out on my own.”
