The beginning: They took my trade in when I was sure no one would want it, AND they gave me a fair price on it! We purchased a used vehicle from them and it was a smooth process. We did run into a few delays with picking up the van that we bought, mostly because it needed a new tire and an inspection, but they were kind and easy to deal with. I have bought many many vehicles, and this was the easiest by far. The : I have had the vehicle barely more than 30 days only to find out that the front axle needs replaced. I took it to them after taking it to get the tires balanced and rotated, only to learn that all the breaks were toast, the axle was almost toast and the steering rack was about to go out as well as the wheel bearing. The vehicle was supposed to be inspected as per the sales order and never was, according to their own system. They replaced the breaks and caliper, but refuse to fix anything else, saying that sometimes the repairs exceed what they can sell the vehicle for. I was smart enough to purchase the dealer provided warranty on it, but they don't think any of this will be covered. They sold me a vehicle that is actively tearing itself apart due to the repairs it needs. I paid 10k cash outright for it, and at this rate, it's barely worth 3k. Well done Five Star F

After my car was taken I called several times to speak with the owner they would put me on hold, While being on phone (salesman) KEN Told me if I continued to call then they would put me on hold every time. They would not tell me where the car was so I could get my personal belongings such as my WALLET with all my important items such as ID social Credit cards and my babies diapers!
