FANTASTIC SUBCOMPACT SUV WITH SOME FLAIR

2023 Buick Encore GX
At first I was hesitant to buy the Buick Encore GX because of the size of the engine, a 1.3L 3-cylinder engine. Boy was I surprised at how well it gets up and goes. Ride is great. A semi-firm suspension that rides well on rougher roads. Love the AWD and 9-speed transmission. Interior is fantastic, very upscale from a Chevy, but not quite as nice as a Cadillac. Just a couple of items … that Buick could have done better on. Radio is of poor quality for a semi-luxury brand. The standard halogen lamps are out of date, but yet Buick still insists on using them. Added a much-needed amp, speakers, and sub. Halogen headlamps changed to LEDs. Finished up the touches that Buick couldn't figure out. I fully intend on keeping this SUV for many years to come.
