2020 Buick Encore GX
Voice recognition does not work for newer android phones. Works with iPhones, but forget the rest. Contacted GM, but they were clueless. I had an older phone and an older car and both worked great. This makes for unsafe driving because the voice response/hands free calling feature doesn't work. I had a 2010 Chevy Malibu that was more technologically advanced than this one. … Center console storage is difficult to get the little tray out. The Malibu had 2 latches for the center console storage compartments, much more convenient.
