If you choose to buy or lease an Acura ZDX, you should know it is a collaboration between American Honda and GM. They don't have their act together for provisioning online services and when it doesn't go right from the start--through no possible fault of the buyer--Acura/Honda customer service eagles their hands of any obligation to provide the car online services, blames AT&T and closes … the support case. AT&T has nothing to do with the provisioning, OnStar/GM does. But OnStar claims no information about the services that should have been provisioned and just wants to sell new online services. So nobody is willing to take responsibility. After more than a month, and a dozen calls to all three companies, I would never buy another product where I had to rely on support from Acura/American Honda. All I wanted was what they promised in writing and took my money for.
