Best Value for Your Money
This car is really great on gas. I have no complains. It has a lot of features for the price.
Our Suzuki
The car handles great for a car of its type. Its looks are great especially in black. The interior is way better than the Aerio's lint trap. The lighting resembles that of Lexus and Mercedes. I did have a few problems such as the ssps going out shortly after I bought it, and had it repaired three times. The headlights also went out completely. I have also put four headlights in the car in the last year. The center console / armrest really bugs the heck out of me though. I eventually broke the plastic latch, it has been bent both ways from getting in and out of the car and putting weight on it (imagine that, putting weight on an armrest). The stereo is OK and the headlights dim when you push the brakes.

Suzuki dreams
Overall quality and ride is good. I like the idea of it being a heavier car in its class, a little over 2700 lbs. I would only say this, if Suzuki put the muscle it puts into its motorcycles into its cars, WOW! I realize that Daewoo makes most of their autos but this company has such great potential in being more than it is. They say most of Suzuki's cars are quirky and I agree but this is why I like it. I am aware of some of Forena's mechanical problems, they are small and few compared to its competitors. Suzuki still has one of the best warranties in the Industry! Keep on digging in!
Don't last long.
I bought one of these in 2016 with 82,000 miles on it. I thought I was getting a steal finding a used car in that range with those miles. I was wrong. Car was riddled with problems, belt squeals (busted harmonic balancer), over-heading issues (coolant pipe leak, or head-gasket, I fixed both), among other strange issues. My car died around 92,000, for which I can't completely blame it on the car, but it wasn't a good enough car to replace the engine for. Try to find a used one of these with more than 130,000 miles. They aren't common because these cars don't particularly last. Hard to find parts for. Had to drive to a certain auto parts store because they had the largest selection, local shops had nothing. Frequently ordered parts. Cheap cars, not made to last.

Don't Make the Same Mistake That I Did
I should preface this review by saying that, for the first year or so after buying this car, it ran okay. It had some problems that I knew about, but they weren't anything too wild (e.g., a ball joint). I didn't drive it very far, but I wasn't terribly impressed with the fuel economy. I figured maybe I was just biased after owning a Honda Accord. But nope, the fuel economy on the Forena SUCKED. I also hate the seats, which are far too firm. If you're like me and have spinal/cervical pain and/or leg pain, getting in and out will be a chore. Also, front and rear visibility is compromised by the thick roof pillars. The problems with the vehicle really escalated quickly after my boyfriend began driving it for work. Once the car hit about 200,000 miles, things were falling apart left and right. And, since Suzuki no longer manufactures automobiles, trying to get certain parts was time-consuming and expensive. Right now, this turd is festering in my driveway, as it has unexpectedly began stalling. After sinking several grand into this car in the past six months, I've reached my breaking point.
