Purchased a 2025 Crosstrek 6/9/2025 for weekend trips. The infotainment system is sluggish but worst of all the GPS. which is part of the infotainment system, does not recalculate or work properly. I found via google that this is a known Subaru issue. I will call Haldeman's Subaru on Monday 7/12/25 to see if there's a software update or if there is something that can be done. If its possible to fix I will update,

Review Update - I've had this vehicle 6+ months. Huge buyer remorse. Never another Subaru. The night before an important road trip, all warning lights went off, including engine light. I had to miss my trip and spent 6 hrs at Subaru getting service. It took a lot for them to figure out what was wrong. There seemed to be CO2 leak. In the end, a sensor was faulty and had to be replaced. Warranty covered expense but there is no compensation for my time and me missing an important event. This should not have happened to a new vehicle.

Too loud on the highway

Car seating, driving, visibility breaking and acceleration is good. But the highway it becomes too loud and one will wonder if there are any windows open. One cannot enjoy music due to this reason. My CX-5 for the same price is way better.

Overall, it's a great little car but the electronics and entertainment system are some of the worst I have ever dealt with. It forgets my phone, won't change the channel, etc. Subaru has a left a lot to be desired when it comes to the electronics.
