I needed a commercial van to carry light loads and/or people from state to state. I wanted something minivan-like, but usable in a commercial/construction setting. These vans drive great for this purpose, are perfectly capable, and should be one of the most cost effective purchases I have made for my business.

It's a total disaster on wheels. Only thing going for it is it's looks and spacious cargo area. But no use if it's ALWAYS IN THE SHOP AND DODGE TECHNICIANS CAN NEVER FIND THE PROBLEM. I'm beginning to think that there is some special department that specializes in dodge vehicle repair and all dodge techs call there for guidance and no one ever answers cause they don't know either. Every trip to the DODGE DEALER shop is an overnighter. STAY AWAY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. And it's true what my colleagues say about they never haber parts available for this vehicle in particular. Im guessing it's because they're the most in demand for repairs. Oh, I almost forgot, it shakes on solid firm pavement and idle is always rough. Gear shifting is hard and vehicle does pull to the left. I purchased my car used with only 1 year of use in very good condition and its been in the shop most of the time. IT'S DEFINITELY A LEMON

There is only one complaint that I have for this very fine minivan and it is a serious one.During the daytime I CANNOT see the speedo or the tach. At night after dark having the lights on high I can barely make them out. i have never had this problem before in any car or van that I have owned, I can read the items in the info box, bottom center with no problem. I am going to have figure a way to get more light on the subject.My Wife and I are going to.make a camper out of it and go sightseeing.

2018 with 75k mileage Everything about this van is poor. Oil will dry up from the engine before 30 days of service without notice it will stop at anytime, too bad

it took some time but my 2018 shuts off on its own while driving it. if the key is not facing with the bumps up it will randomly shut the car down in the middle of the road. it is extremely life-threatening. I repeatedly contacted the dealer where I purchased and they seem to not be able to find a problem but it still happens when I'm not aware of the key position, which is extremely dangerous if someone other than myself is driving the while and not aware of the problem. I was almost in an accident two days ago after purchasing new tires for the winter as I drove out of the parking lot of the tire shop, I forgot to look at the key position and a city bus almost rammed into me when the car shut off I coasted into the right line and I almost knocked down a for sale sign. I immediately called Dodge Ram with my case number #87437155 and the dealer Valenti in Mystic CT. but it seems like I just keep getting blown off by both. the vehicle is paid off.
