Used 2002 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Consumer Reviews
ML320
Poor dealer service. Dealrs don't treat this vehicle/ customers the same as they do for their cars.
Great Car
I tested the Lexus RX300 (lacking power) and LX470 (too big), Cadillac Escalade (for sports stars and rappers) and Acura MDX (cheap interior; sluggish). None of those cars could compare to the ML500. I love the navigation, comfort and all of the amenities. Great car. No rattles and no regrets.

ML500
Terrific SUV that has shown zero quality issues other than the brakes squealing in cold weather.
I Love It More...
My 89LC was mint & incredible off- road, but was severely underpowered, handled like a ship, fatiguing, had no safety features, and got 10mpg, but I still loved it for what it was when I sold it after 9yrs. The ML55AMG's engine has an exceptional powerband, a fantastic interior, handles like a sports sedan, is extremely comfortable, has all the gadgets, can consistently get 15MPG (combined) if I don't "floor it" constantly, 18MPG on long trips, and is incredible fun. The cup holders are too flimsy, its has limited cargo space, and it has too much wind noise, but short of the Kawa ZX11 and 69 BMW 2002 I once owned, I've never loved a vehicle nearly as much
Absolutely the BEST
If you're reading the negative comments posted here and wondering wether or not to buy an ML, trust me...... BUY ONE. This has got to be one of the best driving vehicles I have ever driven. After over a year of owning my ML 320, I still giggle at how smoothly, quietly, and comfortably this vechicle really is. I have owned other SUV's and believe me, there is no comparison. You have to experience it to understand.
