Great vehicle...but

Great vehicle, but after test driving and trying to find the Aviator I wanted, I decided to go with an Audi. Why? I just can't get past the circus clown looking wheels. Wheels make a car from an aesthetics standpoint. I'm not sure who Lincoln is trying to appeal to with these wheels, but most people about to plop down $70K don't want these. ,

Car has a great look both exterior and interior. It’s a great road car being both quiet and smooth riding. Mileage around town not so good but my first road trip I got near 26 mpg. My biggest complaint is the load engine noise under acceleration.. if I had wanted to have a vehicle sound like a truck under acceleration, I would have bought a truck or a sports car. This is supposed to be a quiet luxury car, somebody forgot to tell Lincoln motors.

I've had my car more than a year and it has been plagued with electrical issues. The monitor screen flashes dire warnings on occasion going down the road. At times it has downshifted and warned of deep snow.

Have had the vehicle a little less than a year and it has been at the dealership a cumulative 6 weeks for a chronic leak issue. Every time it rains (which it does plenty of here in Florida), water intrusion occurs through the D column on the driver side. The first couple of times we had it at the dealer, they could not replicate the leak so they could not fix. Finally they were able to pinpoint where the water intrusion was coming from and supposed resolved the issue. Except they did not and the leak still occurs. Lincoln has agreed to take back the vehicle so we will be going back to Mercedes which we never had any issues with.

Stay away from Aviator. Mine has been in shop about 11 times since buying it in March 2020. Have talked to service, and service manager and they both said worst car out there.
