Sluggish Acceleration
Very nice vehicle with high quality materials one expects from Lexus. Disappointed that Acceleration is sluggish and slow to respond.
Not exactly nimble, car is pretty much as expected
Car does not like to be pushed, and is at it's best as a highway cruiser. Has a nice solid feel to it. Isolated to a point, but there is actually more road noise than I expected. Verdict: good as a daily driver, mileage is not bad for an SUV, but very sterile. Any car enthusiast will need a second car like a 911 to truly have a driving experience

My 5th Lexus, my 4th RX.
I’ve owned a Lexus since 1994. My first Lexus was the ES 300 and the last 4 have been the RX model. Reliability is unquestionably the best. If you take care of the car, it will serve you well. Other than new batteries, brakes, tires, and a sensor once, I can’t recall ever having to replace anything else in my Lexus vehicles. My brother bought a 2019 ES350 about 4 years ago and gave his 2006 ES 330 to our other brother and it’s still going strong after 18 years! Well, it’s now 2024 and nothing has changed except I did need to replace the battery last year. No complaints!

Horrible Nav system
Nav system sucks, the front seats are too firm. My Ford Edge was a much smoother ride.

2019 Lexus RX350 pay for luxury and don’t get any
It was hard to decided between an Acura and Lexus now that I have my Lexus I am annoyed that I don’t have any of the luxury I paid for. I can’t use the Lexus app, I don’t have navigation, and I can’t remote start the car this was Heart breaking for me being use to these items on my previous cars and now that I decided finally for a luxury car and I don’t get any of the luxuries I was annoyed paying so much. I could have paid less and gotten lots of quirks on a way cheaper car. So please make sure before you buy one you have a must have list!!!!!
