Pretty car but overall not happy with it
The engine is the worst feature. The car jerks forward with acceleration and then backs right off without letting up on the gas. Typical Toyota engine that has to think about it before accelerating. Does not like higher speeds - it feels like I’m dragging a boat without a trailer. Wind noise is louder than expected. You call that a heated steering wheel? It’s tepid at 3:00 & 9:00. Very poor rear visibility. Instrumentation, audio & nav controls are awful. The screen behind & above the steering wheel is antiquated as is the analog clock - at least put bigger hands on it so we can read it! Poor layout, not intuitive, and I did read the manual. Still can’t figure out how & if I can remove the tonneau cover so I can put my dog in the back. It’s not in the manual. In my mind it isn’t worth the price. I’ll be returning to my previous car brand when my lease is up!

2019 RX
With 20 inch wheels; RX rides like a cheap wagon. Brakes are so-so at best. Awkward handling characteristics. Navigation system is non-intuitive,,,clumsy. Fit and finish is excellent,,,smooth engine and drive train. Good customer support system.

Bought out lease on my 2019 Lexus Rx 350....
September 2024....2019 Lexus was 5 years with me as of 9/13/2024...as of today 9/27/2024 vehicle has 39,285 miles... Only challenge was a bad right front strut in June 2024...extended warranty covered a big portion of replacement of 2 front struts. Still love the vehicle and the Satin Cashmere /Parchment interior... will drive it until the wheels fall off. Have a 2013 Lexus Rx350 that just turned 100,000 miles and all we have done is routine maintenance plus brakes front and rear....and rear struts so we decided to lease a 2019 Lexus RX350 and traded in a 2012 Lexus IS250. 1) love the Satin Cashmere exterior color with the light saddle interior with the chocolate accents. 2) this one has the running boards and roof rails and 20 inch nice rims and Michelin tires 3) was sluggish until Lexus replaced the fuel pump under recall and now it runs quick and smooth 4 )gas mileage has been averaging 24 with as high as 28 on a couple of road trips 5)info system was easier to get use to than I thought 6)WILL DEFINITELY BE PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE AT THE END OF THE LEASE 7)always drive vehicle in "D" ...not Eco mode 6)ride is amazing on the freeways ...very little road noise 9/21/2021....2 years with the Lexus Sept 13th....still just routine maintenance...just turned 15,000 miles...will definitely but this vehicle at the end of the lease.

Great SUV
This is a great SUV. I love it to pieces. I just don't understand why this SUV, only has two SUB Ports, for such a luxury vehicle. The color of my seats are a light grey, which they was darker. Didn't have the color, I wad hoping for. The ride is very smooth. UPDATE: I am very disappointment in my 2019 Lexus RX 350. I love the smooth ride, but that's all it has to offer other then the confusing bells, and whistles of the car beeping, when changing lands, this is ridiculous My Scout navigation is also a joke. I live in a Rural area, with very bad internet/pnone connection. I am afraid my phone will not t work, while traveling these long dark roads by myself, I fear my lice may be in danger. I was told by the sale Representee that Scout Navigation was the way to go, instead of paying for a higher price Lexus with navigation, that still may now work well. I have been owning and driving a Lexus for more then 25 years, and this will be my last one, I will purchase. I am looking to trade my 2019 in for something that I will feel truly safe all round. I loved my 2013 Lexus, but unfortunately, I was in a car accident, and the car was totaled. I am recommending that Lexus up date Scout with streets guidance, other then turn by turn voice direction, so I can at least know what street I am on, while driving. Can Lexus please up date the 2019 RX 350, so that I can get car play. I am so disappointment that Lexus is so behind in their technology

Sluggish Acceleration
Very nice vehicle with high quality materials one expects from Lexus. Disappointed that Acceleration is sluggish and slow to respond.
