Used 2019 Lexus RX 350 Consumer Reviews
There are pluses and minuses
I like the lines of the RX 350. I like the color scheme I that I bought: cashmeres ext., parchment int. It is very comfortable and quiet. What I was surprised by is that I expected a smoother ride. Even if I deflate the tires a bit, there is little difference between this car and my daughter’s 2010 Highlander! But there are two real negatives to the RX 350. 1.) It’s a dog off the line. Surprisingly little pep. 2.) The technology is decidedly Not user friendly. My other daughter has a 2019 Audi A5. The technology is far superior in her car. But the color Audi has limited color schemes and one cannot beat Lexus for reliability. (Just don't buy one from Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood if you live in Colorado!)

Worst car ever in 45 years of driving
Not sure where to start with this: 1. Gas mileage is 14 mph at best 2. Tech features including navigation don't work 3. Enform app locks and unlocks doors at random 4. No alert if you accidentally leave headlights on 5. Call center for navigation assist and other issues is a call center in foreign country that has no idea where California or Arizona are 6. Rear door has multiple settings for opening height, but none are normal settings that are functional and don't hit garage door 7. Remote start on app works about 25% of the time 8. Vehicle locate on app works about 30% of the time 9. No automatic update for daylight savings time 10. Seat requires readjustment each time you get into the vehicle 12. Seats become very uncomfortable after 30 minutes 13. Storage space in rear is deceptively small

Blind spot monitors
Although there is a blind spot monitor there is no audio warning if you turn on directional signal. Other cars have both. Disappointed should’ve checked it at time of purchase
The best option if it were 2017
For a 2019 model seems pretty outdated especially considering the price . Engine is ok and a car for 50k deserves to have a better engine .

Great SUV
This is a great SUV. I love it to pieces. I just don't understand why this SUV, only has two SUB Ports, for such a luxury vehicle. The color of my seats are a light grey, which they was darker. Didn't have the color, I wad hoping for. The ride is very smooth. UPDATE: I am very disappointment in my 2019 Lexus RX 350. I love the smooth ride, but that's all it has to offer other then the confusing bells, and whistles of the car beeping, when changing lands, this is ridiculous My Scout navigation is also a joke. I live in a Rural area, with very bad internet/pnone connection. I am afraid my phone will not t work, while traveling these long dark roads by myself, I fear my lice may be in danger. I was told by the sale Representee that Scout Navigation was the way to go, instead of paying for a higher price Lexus with navigation, that still may now work well. I have been owning and driving a Lexus for more then 25 years, and this will be my last one, I will purchase. I am looking to trade my 2019 in for something that I will feel truly safe all round. I loved my 2013 Lexus, but unfortunately, I was in a car accident, and the car was totaled. I am recommending that Lexus up date Scout with streets guidance, other then turn by turn voice direction, so I can at least know what street I am on, while driving. Can Lexus please up date the 2019 RX 350, so that I can get car play. I am so disappointment that Lexus is so behind in their technology
