Used 2019 Lexus RX 350 Consumer Reviews
Pending CA Lemon Law
1200 miles transmission replaced due to mystery throttle increase. 1st sign was A/C not working after 4 hour Las Vegas drive home. Full throttle at gas station, no warning lites. Shut off, went 2 miles and full throttle again. Flat towed to dealership and got a new tranny! Year later same trip home at 17K miles we were sweating 2 hrs into our 4 hr drive (95F} outside temp. Back to dealer yesterday and they found zip. Service writer suggested to contact Lexus Corp. Last Lexus was gx470 2006. Loved it! This RX is comparable to my daughter's BMW that we couldn't get rid of fast enough! WhenI take it back to the dealer for service all I see is aline of RX's in for service.

RX 350 very good SUV but Navigation is not good
Overall nice vehicle and easy to use except lousy Navigation. Totally pathetic. Seems Japanese engineers forgot their American Customer for ease of operation. Found to be very confusing and slow. Driving comfort is good. Advanced safety features are very useful. Bright lights at night times help senior drivers. Also found controls for Radio operation bit complicated. Few items can be improved- storage compartment is bit smaller than our older Lexus ES 300. Same true for RX 350 leather seat not as comfy as ES 300. Feels less cushion?

From Certified to New
Been buying Certified Lexus vehicles for the past 10 years. Started with the ES 350 and eventually moved up to the RX 350. We like the RX better because it gives you a better height to see traffic. So we decided to lease the new 2019 for a change. The new 2019 Safety features in this RX are awesome. Takes awhile to get everything set-up if you want to Personalize your car but thats kinda neat. The seat comfort has really improved as well as comfort, quietness, and smooth ride features. The heated steering wheel is a nice touch. I say the RX has a smooth ride but thats no plug for the new 10 speed transnission they have for the 2019. Maybe it takes time to break in but after 3 weeks it still seems to bog down and hesitate when in Normal or Eco mode. The vehicle runs awesome when in Sport mode but your gas mileage is worse than normal (17mpg). Still trying to get used to it but thats my only drawback so far with this vehicle is the Transmission. Comfort, Style, and relaibility keeps bringing me back to Lexus. Having a new car is nice for a change but you still can't beat the Lexus Certified Warranty.

Sold it after 6 months
Thought the look would grow on me, but just the opposite. Have owned 2 other Lexus products, both GS 350 AWD. Love the GS look, power and handling. Surprised that the quality is not as good as I thought it would be on any of them. The 2019 RX 350 Luxury had some rattles and real annoying squeaks. Don’t take it down a gravel / dirt road because you have to wash the inside door sills because they fill up with mud. Power on the RX is adequate. No Apple car play which is standard on a Rav4. Even the 2020 GX I looked at didn’t have CarPlay. I’ve been a Toyota fan and Lexus fan forever BUT they are taking buyers for granted.
Totally not impressed
I've had this almost a year now. I miss my jeep cherokee so much. This thing rides like shyt. Very jerky acceleration. Extremely annoying and faulty warning sensors. Slow as a bicycle. Built for an 88 year old. Garbage gas mileage. Flat out horrible interface with an app that deservedly owns a 1star review. My first lexus and last!
