Lexus ES 350 build quality got worse the pandemic
I bought a Lexus during the pandemic, and noticed the build quality has dropped quite a bit (i.e. annoying wind noise issue at speeds over 45 mph, dashboard, etc.) and when these issues are reported to Lexus, their quality control, customer engagement and service don't do anything to fix it and let these issues go directly to customers. If you plan to buy a new Lexus, probably it's a good idea to hold on to your old models since they are far more reliable than the newer models after 2020 or explore other brands.

2022 Lexus ES350
I regret giving up my 2014 Lexus ES350. The 2022 Lexus ES350 is not as comfortable as their older models. They changed the seats and now all the models have a higher lip which is not as comfortable as the flat seats in the older models. They no longer have storage for your sunglasses and I surely miss this feature. The 2022 model no longer has an exterior button to open your trunk. It has an option to kick it open, but this definitely hurts when you wear open toe shoes/flip flops all year round in Hawaii. I can only open my trunk with the interior button and this is annoying when I only need trunk access. I do not plan to buy another Lexus. Their customer service and car features have gone way downhill.

2023 ES-350
Very smooth and quiet ride. Beautiful interior, roomy and many great standard feaures.
I love the lane assist!!!
This car is an amazing car with lane assist, which is one of my favorite features. All I do is set the cruise control and the lane assist and it keeps me in the right lane and also keeps me from having to slow down when I approach another car. I got the F sport, which is the 3.5 L 302 hp V6 motor which is perfect!

At sometime in life everyone should have a Lexus
Beautiful, nicely appointed, naturally aspirated car that handles extremely well and inspires confidence. However, engineering degree needed to understand and operate the media system. Don’t understand why window sticker indicates tires may only last 14,000 miles. Based on reviews, looking forward to many years of dependable driving.
