Pro: 1) Heated seats comfortable enough to take a short nap 2). Navigation is easy to use 3). Steering is very positive road feel, covering is great with Continental Contact Touring 215/55R17 94 VNS should be the standard tire for the EX trim 4). Climate control is very good at keeping the passenger and driver happy 5). Speeding tickets are easy to get / 55 mph with 2.0 motor is easily achieved / wind and road noise are not noticed and 65 highway is very sustainable for 31 mpg. 5). EX model has ample shelving helping on long road trips at 43000 my family has driven from Plainfield Illinois to Denver once and Alamogordo twice / Mountain driving is no problem. 6) Maguire's products respond well to the Kia clear coating making rinsing of the Kia during our trips 7) 2020 appears to be the only year that has fiber optics headlamps and two banks of fog lights CONS 1). Front sensors are need to avoid getting to close to anything to push against the front cowl 2). I am forced to use the club on the steering wheel because thugs can access the steering lock out JOY RIDING KIAS on snap chat. 3) Manufactures recall on engines having bad piston rings In closing I have Owned Cadillac, Chevrolets, many Buicks, Oldsmobile's, Honda, VW, Ford SVT focus, SVT Contour, dollar for dollar this car has been the most fun on road trips at 31 mpg After owning 4 kia souls all trim levels the EX is unlike any of the other KIA soul models and the Continental tires made this are something I want keep the fenders and doors dent free as my everyday driver. I LIKE IT the sound systems not bad either

Love the lower deck as it makes it easier to get in and out.

I bought a 2020 EX with 25k miles. It appeared to be in perfect shape, the mechanic said it was fine. But it has only been 3 weeks and it's already stalling while driving (mid-motion) which I know now is extremely common. And of course Kia says nothing is wrong with it. It also burns through oil, another common complaint. We changed the oil 2 weeks ago and it's already really low. We have barely driven it at all, not even 70 miles. I regret buying this car. It has all the textbook problems.

Was a great value when it came out in 2010, and the 2020 is stock full of great features, especially valuable safety features, and gets better mpg now. Tons of room inside, great headroom, more cargo space than people expect, and has a more comfortable ride than earlier models. Buy one, you will be happy for many years!

just bought a 2020 Soul X-Line , this is my fifth Soul , I still have a 2019 Soul with a 6 spd. manual transmission and 1.6 ltr. engine , I really love the way my 2020 handles and also the restyle of the dashboard only complaint is the 18 in. wheels seem to give a more harsh ride . My 2019 with 15 in. wheels rides much better in comparison.
