Remarkably quiet and silky 4 cylinder engine. Smooth vibration free ride on good roads although fairly choppy on rough secondary roads. Comfortable seats. Straightforward controls so none of the electronic fustration of many modern cars. I'm usually a pretty critical reviewer, but I can't think of much to criticize in regards to this fun to drive and nimble car.

3rd kia soul, and the worst

I have owned three Kia souls, and the 2020 is the worst i have seen yet. the cruise control is worse than every other car i have driven. The auto start stop feature can not be permanently disabled so every time I start it i have to turn it off. Most of the time i forget to turn it off, and it stops when i do not want it to. The lane assist operates the same way, you can not turn it off permanently. The lane assist is disabled at below 40MPH. I do not understand why they would disable it. I want it to be on at least down to 25MPH. The radio volume turns down when backing up. I guess a safety feature? I find it annoying. The headlight is another bad area. When I push the lever to turn on high beams it has a tendency to turn off the headlights very dangerouse when you need more light and it turns off. Another annoying safety feature is when the hatch is open in the back it warms you with an anoying tone that does not stop. I had to drive home with a board sticking out the back and listen to it for about 30 minutes. There are so many things that are irritating with this car I would never buy one again. Keep in mind I am not a Kia Soul hater, I have owned two others, and would highly recommend them, and did. I would never recommend the 2020.

my first kia, and i mostly liked. has great safety features , and the lane keep assist is awesome. like the high end seating position and practicality . the gas mileage is acceptable for the size. the think that i don’t like is the engine off to stop button, but know is muscle memory i turn off when i turn the car.

Drive it and you will love it. I upgraded from my favorite a 2015 Soul Plus. I trust it to do what I need and the newer technology is a blessing. Road trip here I come.

Bought mine April 2019 ,gas pedal sticks quiet a bit in September 2019 the gas pedal got stuck and I ran through my house...reported it to corporate they said I couldn't prove it got stuck and they couldn't prove that it did. Couldn't find an attorney to take the case...here it is February 2020 and the car cuts out , tries to go dead ,check engine comes off and on but Kia says if they cant reproduce the issue then the issue doesnt exist....I will not make another pmt on it letting it go back and no one will trade it in due to the diminished value from crashing through the house
