2023 Overland 4x4
Like the title says, I bought my vehicle in May, 2023. I bought the cheapest version I could get with 4x4 and air suspension. I even bought it in white to save a few extra $$'s. I read the reviews that trash this vehicle with amazement. I haven’t had any problems to take to the dealer. My experience so far (now at 23,000miles) has been great. I find the vehicle smooth, quiet and responsive (not so much so for the V6, but talking about handling, braking, things like that). A couple of times, the screen has frozen on me, but it resolves itself after a couple of minutes. I do think the V6 could use an increase of 30 horses & 30 lb/ft torque though. I also think the lane keeping needs refinement, although I hear from my dealer a software update is coming (?) As for major issues/complaints, I just don't have any. This is my first Jeep and it is far better than my 2020 Explorer (multiple failures in that vehicle) and Mazda Cx-9. I'm really happy with it, and I think for the most part, others will be too.

Dangerous Car
This 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee has to be the worst car I ever purchased. It’s been in the shop for the same problem 5 different times. Since I purchased it 6 months ago. The batteries died Twice they claimed they changed them the first time at the dealership but that was a lie. The radio and software never work properly so they changed the radio now the backup camera doesn’t work. You just can’t make this stuff up. When I was driving the car it just slammed on the breaks out of nowhere there was nothing in front of me. Don’t get me started on the key fob’s right out the gate would not open the doors. Had to replace both batteries. After that the car wouldn’t start. Shutting it on and off finally came on. I don’t bring my family in this car because I feel we will all be killed in this car. Working with a lawyer to get my money back and return this car. All I can be careful out there.

Looks great but doesn't work
I owned the car for 3 days before it died. Bought it Friday, Sunday the battery was dead. Towed back to dealer Monday, Dealer replaced battery and said I was good to go. Drove a little throughout the week, went to the office on Thursday, car was dead again on Friday. 110 miles, 1 week old. Towed back to dealer Friday. Saturday - Service says its not the battery, but not sure what it is. Says "maybe" they'll get to it Monday, but likely not til Tuesday. And that's just to diagnose it. Who knows how long it'll take to fix and if that will actually fix the issue. I have very little faith in this car at this point. That being said, when it is running, it's awesome. Super comfortable and luxury.

Great Vehicle
I have wanted a Jeep for years. The 2024 model is comfortable, well equipped and quiet. It is roomy and has amazing amenities. If you make the decision to purchase this vehicle, be sure to get at least the limited package. It has all of the safety features that anyone would need and I love my Jeep.

Love my new car!!
Very comfortable to ride in. Hopefully it will be just as good as the 12 year old Jeep we traded in, which had given us zero problems!
