TCI^® (True Cost of Incentives®)

TCI^® (True Cost of Incentives®) is Edmunds.com's determination of the manufacturer's average incentive cost per retail vehicle sold in the U.S. for the months indicated. TCI^® takes into account subvented interest rates and lease programs, as well as cash rebates to consumers and dealers - and is based on the proportion of vehicles for which each type of incentive was used.  TCI^® does not include dealer volume bonus incentives and dealer personnel bonuses.
