Used 2021 Hyundai Venue Consumer Reviews
Worst manual I've driven
I have the 2021 Venue Essential because I was deadset on a manual car. I've always driven manuals and I love it. This is by far the worst one yet. I test drove a 2020 and oddly enough it was much better. There's a grinding noise when I push and release the clutch, aka every time I shift gear, and it gets very loud. I brought this up with the dealership the same day I took possession and they didn't take it seriously at all. They tried to brush me off with "we don't hear it", "we adjusted some things and lubed it", and "that's just what you get at an entry level car". Eventually, after having it in the shop for 3 months they replaced the clutch slave cylinder - apparently the manufacturer itself did acknowledge the part was faulty and they "upgraded it". It's slightly better, but the noise is still there. In addition, the front speakers have crapped out once already, and the brakes started to squeal after I drove it for an hour. Their response of "that's probably just morning dew" would make sense, had I not already driven the car for an hour... Oh, and the loaner 2020 Venue Essential they gave me was similar. Same sound when shifting, but also the screen wouldn't light up every time I started the car. Radio would work, touching the screen would create "button push sounds", but the screen itself was pitch black - happened both in reverse and first gear. Stay far, far away...

Good on gas but.....
Good gas mileage. Cheaply made vehicle. The seat belts are not adjustable so it cuts into my neck. The wiper blades are no good. Did not give a clean wipe, not even when the vehicle was new. Don't have to be going fast for the tires to squeal, even when reversing into a spot or after it rains. Next time I'll spend a little more for a better quality vehicle

Cheap, fully loaded, useless
Very limited space, consider renting one for a week or so before purchasing.
Venue Denim is a hit!
Great car for the money, compact but fairly roomy

AWESOME
I have always own Hyundai's since 2000. I took one look at the Hyundai Venue and immediately knew this was going to be my next car. I chose the Denim model and am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with it. This car is simply amazing and the technology is incredible, i learned something new about the car every week. The gas mileage is great for long distance driving (approx.70 miles a day) and the style is head turning. The interior is spacious and the ride is nice. The safety features that are in the Venue outdo many luxury vehicles that I've seen. Truly a great vehicle at an incredible price. I did have the windows tinted and I get a lot of great looks. You will see you will love the car ! Best buy for my $$.
