Just what I expected!

2007 Honda Fit Sport 4dr Hatchback (1.5L 4cyl 5M)

I waited 3 months for a vivid blue 5 speed, and I'm glad I did. I love the color and I can't stop looking at it. I've driven almost 1000 mile in the first 2 weeks and I love the handling and great gas mileage (36 MPG on 2nd tank with mix of hwy and city). The only way to go in this vehicle is a manual transmission and it is so much fun to drive. I had a 96 Honda Civic Hatchback before this and the fit is much more quiet on the highway. For such a small car there is so much space for everybody to "fit" comfortably in the back seat. I look forward to having this vehicle for a long time.

Gets good gas Milage 36-42 miles per gallon. Seats are very comfortable. Lots of room. Low maintenance. You can lay the back seats down to make more room in the trunk area to haul things. Have had this car 13 years and it still looks and runs great. It has over 100,000 miles on it. There has been very little that had to be repaired. Great car. I would buy another Honda Fit.

Super Car

A powerful car - like a puppy straining at the leash. Compared to my old car, just touching the accelerator brings a surge of power. It took me a few days to get used to it and put on over 100 miles in the first week. I have only owned it for two and a half weeks but am in love with it.

Honda Fit Sport

I purchased the Honda Fit Sport for the amazing interior cargo space, and that has proven to be a big plus! However - there are some things that I do not like - having driven it now for almost 5 months. The driver seat, for any driving time more then an hour, is very uncomfortable. The back lumbar support is great but the seat causes hip pain. The paint seems to be shoddy - in a couple of spots I believe I actually see the beginnings of rust, AND last but not least - the front spoiler! It is WAY too low! It scraped going in and out of a driveway - now it the paint is damaged! The driveway was in no way high - there were no bumps - it was just the pitch at the end.

Fit is Tops

The Fit is truly an excellent vehicle, and suberbly "fits" the role it is expected to do. It has a surprising amount of room in the vehicle, and with the back seats folded down, it can accept an amazing amount of cargo. Performance is also a big plus, with strong acceleration on freeway entrance ramps and for passing. Gasoline mileage is also very good. On a recent tank, with about 50% highway and 50% city driving, I got about 36 MPG. Driving at reasonable highway speeds will yield about 40+ MPG. Handling is also excellent, reminding me of my old Honda CRX Si. All of the above, coupled with comfortable seats, make the Fit a fun car to drive.
