Used 2007 Honda Civic Consumer Reviews
Fun and Stylish Car!
I've had my Civic for just over 1 week now, and I absolutely love it! I put on about 400 miles already and I just filled the tank for the first time yesterday. I didn't sit down to figure out the mpg but I am estimating it to be in the low 30's. That is really good considering I do more city driving than highway (about 60/40). I love the atomic blue color, I get compliments from everybody! I also love the ride, it is so smooth. I traded in a Ford Escort and this is my first new vehicle and Honda purchase. What an upgrade from a Ford. I expect this car to last pretty long. As long as I don't drive too aggressively and I get my car maintenanced on schedule, I'm sure it will last.

Can't go wrong with a Civic
Got this car after my 07 Camry got totaled. Like the title of my review says, you really can't go wrong Civic if you are looking for a well built affordable coupe or sedan. I'm 26 and exterior looks matter a lot to me. Civic Coupe LX in nighthawk black looks really sharp, and I got whole bunch of compliments on the looks after I changed the factory wheels with aftermarket alloys. The coupe is fun to drive and is also very comfortable. The interior design is very interesting, and stock stereo system is pretty decent. Healthy 1.8 L engine gives you very good fuel economy without compromising performance. You are not going to get bored with this car for awhile(coupe, not sure about sedan)
Fun-tastic
The driving feel of the car is unbelievable. The seating comfort is very sufficient for all occupants. The heads up dash display is a little awkward and takes some time to get used to, but is very helpful. The exterior appearance is somewhat subtle but very appealing at the same time. I wish the front doors did not have the separate window panes, but it is understood as being different from the 2 door coupe. The gas mileage is acceptable, especially considering the 197 hp 4 cyl. engine. The vehicle is light weight and practically floats on the roads, but does not make you feel uneasy at all. Interior noise could be a little quieter, but the driveability is excellent so it does not matter much.
Thought I had bought perfect ca. Wrong!
When I bought I never thought I had to see a mechanic again for a long time . Wrong. I had minor and major problems. Although I still love my Civic. Maybe it happens 1 in 1000 I don't know. Hope it's not a lemon. First had to go back to replace split sun visor. Then battery. ( some times when starting engines makes a zzzzzzzrrrrrr sound. And engines does not start.) dealer adviser told me battery was changed. It won't happen again. Wrong still same . But I gave up on that. Second I had to have my Civic towed to dealer with tensioner belt, tensioner bolt, water pump and don't know what else. That day I wondered myself if I had bought a lemon car.
