The company I work for just bought a few of these vans. Tried to talk the out of it but nope. A few things- I'm not very tall but I almost hit my head on the roof the seat does not adjust down. No arm rest, steering wheel is way to low way to much window doesn't feel safe at all. Very uncomfortable. I've had these types of vans for my job for the last 25 years and this by far is the worst not sure what Ford was thinking.. ok I'm done..... Have a great day.

The seats are teeeeeny,teeny,tiny and the seatbelt click in mechanism is recessed into the seat, so be prepared for a very poky and uncomfortable ride. The air conditioning is below sub-par. And it is not just one van I've ridden in. It does have a smooth-ish ride and there's enough cupholders!

And the salesman didn't mention it. I didn't even see it on the order form. Who sells a vehicle without cruise control in 2023?

Way better than the Ram Promasters,we have about 20 transits in our fleet and they have been pretty solid, I think it's a way better option. If you are deciding between a transit and a promaster,stay away from promaster,we have 4 2023 promasters and they are so unreliable I'm shocked ram hasn't been sued.
