2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E Deals, Incentives & Rebates

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality through the Clean Vehicle Rebate Program offers a Charge Ahead Rebate of $7,500 to income qualified applicants for the purchase or lease of a qualifying new battery electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Oregon residents who pre-qualify may use the rebate at point-of-sale at a participating dealership or apply post-purchase using the online application. To qualify:

• Base MSRP of vehicle not to exceed $50,000.
• Vehicle must be purchased or leased after May 22, 2025.
• Oregon residents must have a total household income below 400 percent of the Federal Income Poverty level. May provide proof of participation in an eligible public assistance program to qualify.
• Pre-qualification vouchers must be used at a participating dealer at the time of purchase or lease.
• Applicant must be an Oregon resident.
• Must register the vehicle in Oregon and retain for at least 24 months.
• Leased vehicles must have a lease term of at least 24 months.
