Used 1990 Cadillac Eldorado Consumer Reviews
90 Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe
We picked this car up for $200 dollars, the former owner was getting ready to send it to the salvage yard, after some minor reassembly, it started right up and drove absolutely great, its a very spacious interior with full power options and a strong 4.5liter v8, automatic with overdrive,it gets around 25mpg on the interstate, also a very easy car to work on,all in all, after 5 years of owning this car. I would say it is one of the better cars we have owned as it has outlasted several of our other vehicles and is still going strong even at 250 thousand miles, we have put new gas tank, fuel pump, tires, exhaust, and an alternator on it so far, well worth every penny put into it,as it is nearly 30 years old now and has no rust on it anywhere,we don't drive it during winter season,as we live in a region that heavily salts the roadways, Great car, we've had numerous people ask to buy it from us and have turned down every offer, this is our daily driver and its a great car for long road trips

great first car
My dad gave me his caddy and I was thinking oh great and old slow car. I replaced the main brain and can now get my old slow caddy up to 120 in about 25 secs or so. Thats pretty good for an old mans car. Really though I'll never get rid of my car.

great old car
My husband and I purchased the 1990 Cadillac El Dorado a year ago and it has been a great car. The ABS box went out on it and we couldn't find one to replace it. it only has 114,000 miles on it and we would love to keep it.
The Touring Coupe
I bought one like this new in 1990. Pricey then $32K. I still find it a great looking car. It turns heads still as you don't see many in 2018 especially Touring Coupes. The interior was over plasticized and prone to breakage but it was a sign of the times for most of the cars then. For a 4.5 Ltr. engine it was a bit under powered but the Northstar engine was coming for the new coupe in 1992 so I guess not much could be done. Overall at 28 years old its still a pretty solid car.
