Squealing Brakes "Normal"?? NO WAY !!

At 5,000 miles the brakes started squealing BADLY when stopping.Selling dealer inspected and sanded pads & rotors.30 miles later, squealing returned. Spoke to Audi of America, sent me to another dealer for opinion. 2nd dealer said there is nothing more they can do as Audi will NOT pay for replacing un-worn pads.They said this is NORMAL. So for 50 Grand, I squeal down the road and hate the car!!

GREAT ALL WHEEL DRIVE CAR - HANDLES SUPREME IN THE RAIN - TOO LIGHT FOR SNOW LACKS PEEP - EXCELLENT BOSE STEREO - POOR QUALITY HAD TO RETURN TO DEALER EVERY MONTH WITH A LIST OF FIXES FROM ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS TO WINDOWS , CATALICTIC CONVERTER, GAS GUAGES, WINDOW SWITCHES - MIRROR PROBLEMS WIPER PROBLEMS WATER PUMPS - LEAKY ENGINGE GASKETS - DEALERS OVERWORKED HARD TO GET APPTS OR EVEN CALL BACKS MOST DISAPOINTING CAR I EVER PURCHASED COMPARED TO BMS, LEXUS, PATHFINDERS AND TOYOTAS - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

THis is my first Audi. I have been very pleased with the fit and finish of the car as well as the understated elegance and style. I have received many compliments. Most people are amazed that they haven't seen more of them especially considering the price difference between this auto and a BMW 5 series.

Car is really smooth and powerfull. Love the four wheel drive and performance of the A6. Interior is really well designed and comfortable. I love it!!

I looked at quite a few mid-level lux cars and this had them all beat. I don't live where the additional cost of quattro is necessary, so I chose the 3.0 CVT. This is almost as smoothe as my electric car I had to give back to the mfg. I love it!
