Used 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI 4dr Wagon (2.0L 4cyl Turbodiesel 6AM) Consumer Reviews
Great Value W/ Warranty
I have only put 5,000 miles on the 2014 six speed manual TDI wagon. Currently at 111,000 miles. Fun and efficient drive. The original DPF and EGR filter failed at108,000 miles. This is a $3500 repair without dieselgate warranty. Warranty covered this 100%. Solid value.

I like it but it isn’t without issues
So far I really like the car. I get 32mpg in town and 38-40 on the freeway. Pretty good on fuel. I opted for no sunroof as my last one had that and it leaked. Heated seats are great. Comfortable to drive. The diesel drives pretty much like a normal car. The down side is the DPF (cleans the exhaust) if you only do short trips it can get plugged. There is a way to clear it by taking a long drive but that doesn’t always work. Have had to take it in for a forced regeneration a few times even though I did the procedure right. Another weird thing is on cold damp days sometimes the defrost will fog the windshield really bad at first causing a few minute wait for it to clear.

Sporty engine, comfortable and roomy
This car is the best of all worlds; Diesel engine lasts a long time, roomy like a Subaru, zippy like a sports car, with great fuel economy. Best car on the roads.
