Used 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible Consumer Reviews
Mid-life crisis car.
I have kids of driving age. My insurance agent told me I couldn't get a Mustang convertible. So I wound up with a used TDI convertible which lets my insurance people relax. Insurance costs are great. Love it. Runs well and accelerates great. Have not had a single mechanical problem. Fuel mileage wonderful and people grin.. The quickness of the top going up and down is fun. Good for city driving, though I would probably not choose it to drive cross country. Not terribly practical but if we need to haul stuff we have the wife's VW Routan. 2025. still driving the Beetle. Still fun. Still not a single mechanical problem of significance. Love it. My wife now drives a VW Atlas.

Sporty Fun!
I drove this car home 1400 miles from where I bought it and found it to be very capable, comfortable, and quiet. This is the SEL version.
