I went in with an issue with my Bluetooth system and the service department stated that they have been having issues with multiple vehicles and do not have the part to fix the issue and that they will have to contact me when the part comes in.. The company and dealerships should offer a NO payment option until the issue is fixed. Somehow the parts might just show up faster!!

I was so exited when I got my atlas 2021 SE. but after six moth only I start having issues with it. Not it’s the second issue I have in six month only. 1- it’s was injecter issue the car spent 2 days at the dealership location 2- It’s my wireless charger is not working I m not sure what’s next? I’m really disappointed.

Why don’t these huge trucks have power folding mirrors? I have the SE w/ Tech! And what’s up with the Horn? The low tone horn is too weak! tech package should’ve added parking sensors.

I've been waiting 3 months for a quarter panel. According to Volkswagen Germany, the part will deliver the week of October 23rd. Never came that week, the body called again and was told the week of Nov. 13th. I'll never buy another Volkswagen again, and there's 3 in my family.
