An absolutely fabulous road trip vehicle. Quiet and smooth driving on all road surfaces with surprisingly good fuel economy for its size. I still miss a cd player. Now with over 30,000 on the odometer the car continues to impress. Fuel mileage on our last trip averaged over 24 mpg. It has no mechanical problems however the stereo has a quirky thing where it doesn’t have any sound. The solution is to turn the car off and wait a minute before starting it again and everything resets to normal. I still miss the cd player.

I’ve had my Atlas for a couple years and it was just ok. Mine was loaded with all the extras but I constantly had it in for recalls and software updates. While the dealership tried taking care of it I felt like it was one thing after another. The last recall I received was that the side air bags I guess were not working in front so at that point I said screw it and got a new car. German cars have been a disappointment lately… I give 3 out of 5 stars.

This are awesome rides except for 2 things. The Nav system has some real issues it puts me in the middle of the Geat Salt Lake when I'm traveling on I-15 and Volkswagen hs n repair for it at this time, very frustrating. The other main issue is the gas milage, I only get around 18 mpg on the highway and by the time I get to 20 mph from a start the transmission has already shifted 4 times. It needs a higher gear ratio to give a little slower start off the line and a better top end speed for better milage in my thoughts. Other than that is has great ride and stability.

This Vehicle is spacious. I am 6'2" on a good day. When I am in the Atlas I feel tiny. I like the build of this vehicle. Not a lot of technology in this vehicle. I am please with vehicle.
