Well after only 2 years I sold the vehicle back to VW in April of 2023. NEVER got one software update and I could no longer put up with the glitches of this car. Additionally the sheer number of EV’s in California and the crowding of EV adopters and limited CCS chargers had made this unbearable. It’s a reasonable SUV but VW has abandoned its customer base in the US and I will probably … never buy another VW product in the future.
